Pricing questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing date, and your contacts and campaigns come with you either way.
What happens if I go over my contact or email limit?
We'll let you know before anything is interrupted. You can prune your list, wait for your monthly send allowance to reset, or move up to the next plan in a couple of clicks — we never delete your contacts.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at the equivalent of ten monthly payments, so you get two months free compared with paying monthly.
What does "unlimited contacts" mean on Premium?
You can store as many contacts as you like; your monthly email allowance (500,000 sends) is what meters usage. Fair-use protections apply only to abusive sending, never to normal marketing.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is free for as long as you like — no card, no trial countdown. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops future billing and your account stays available until the end of the period you've paid for. You can export your contact list at any time — it's yours.
