What we collect
When you use the contact, newsletter or get-started forms, we receive what you type into them: your name, email address, and any company name or message you include. We also record the network address a submission came from, which helps us prevent abuse of the forms. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies, and browsing this site requires no account.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox as email so we can reply to you — contact messages to answer your question, get-started requests to set up your account, and newsletter signups to send you the occasional email you asked for. Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honored immediately.
Who processes it
Form notifications are transmitted using Resend, an email delivery service, and this website is served through Cloudflare, which maintains standard server logs as part of operating its network. We don't share your details with anyone else, and we never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to help you; newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it promptly.
