Agreement
By using this website or the Bazooka Email service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or the service.
Acceptable use — no spam
Bazooka Email is for permission-based email only. You may send to people who have knowingly given you their address and consented to hear from you. Purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists are not permitted, and neither is content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful. Every email you send must include a working unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribe requests must be honored. We may suspend accounts that endanger other customers' deliverability by breaking these rules.
Your content
Your contact lists and the emails you create remain yours. You're responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for complying with the laws that apply to your sending, including anti-spam and privacy laws in the places your subscribers live.
Our content
The Bazooka Email name, logo, website design and platform are our property. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service normally.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on the Pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancelling stops future billing and your account remains available until the end of the period you've paid for.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast, reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every email reaches every inbox — deliverability also depends on factors outside our control, including your content, your list quality and receiving mail providers.
